These are two finished double page spreads for my final major project, a book about a gallant, brave and handsome knight who goes on a deadly quest... but the illustrations tell a very different story.
"It was a calm and cold night, A full moon shone bright, In a vast desert of gold, Full of many tales untold."
"A dark oasis, lush and green, Atop a sand dune could be seen, Up the sand this great hero crept, In to the wild he gallantly stepped."
